At Bayway Village you’ll enjoy a variety of facilities and amenities that have been designed especially for your enjoyment, so you can spend more time doing the things you love.

Our beautifully refurbished Activity Centre is the perfect place to meet up with old friends or to make new ones. Inside you will find a library, media room, sports bar, arts and craft room, meeting room, gym and a lounge with kitchen. You will also find organised or impromptu activities taking place at the Community Centre.

Enjoy the outdoors by keeping active or simply relaxing. We have a tennis court, indoor swimming pool, 4 rinks bowling green, men’s shed and a croquet field.

At Bayway Village there are large number of activities, clubs and events for residents to participate in.

From Bingo and trivia to line dancing and arts and craft- there is an activity for everyone! Residents also enjoy BBQs and other social get-togethers such as special occasion celebrations.

At Bayway Village we understand how important it is to feel safe and secure in your living environment, that is why we have friendly, helpful staff on call after hours for emergencies.

You’ll also have peace of mind knowing that access to the village is via a secure entry gate.

Pet friendly.

Residents are allowed small house pets provided that prior consent has been obtained from the Village Manager. Management consent is entirely discretionary and will take into regard the type, size, potential noise and risk associated with the pet.
